Due to security enhancements to the streaming platform users who are trying to view content within an environment such as an office that may use a proxy server to control your connection to the internet you may experience this issue.
Unfortunately there is no solution to this other than try to find an alternative way to connect to the internet. Please be aware that the problem is due to how proxy servers handle secure flash traffic, rather than a stream delivery issue.
You may also experience this issue if you purchase the match earlier in a different location to the one where you are currently trying to view the match e.g. office then home.
