What are the system requirements and supported platforms?- Description
Supported Platforms
Supported platforms are currently Windows ME, Windows XP (Home, Professional, Tablet PC and Media Centre Editions),Windows 2003 Server and Windows Vista, as well as from the 2009/10 season Apple Mac OSX and Linux Platforms. A version of Flash Media Player 10 (or above) to subscribe and view UEFA Champions League and Europa League video content from uefa.com.
Currently Windows 7 is not supported
If you experience problems with Windows XP, we recommend ensuring that your system is patched to at least Service Pack 2, and all security updates have been applied.

- Firefox 2+
- Latest security patches recommended
- Safari 3+
- Latest security patches recommended

- DirectX-compatible graphic card
- Up-to-date drivers and DirectX
- Screen Resolution of 1024x768 or above
- DSL or cable broadband, at least 1000 kbps
- If firewalled, open ports 80 and 1935
- Adobe Flash Media Player 10+ required
- Pop-ups allowed and Cookies enabled
Other Requirements
To use the video.uefa.com service, you will also need a current valid method of payment such as credit card and a broadband connection of at least 1000kbps with no connectivity issues.
Unsupported Windows versions
We are unable to provide support or troubleshooting for issues relating to older versions of Windows, such as Windows 98, or pre-release versions of Windows.
Mobile Platforms
Windows operating systems on mobile platforms (Windows CE, Windows Mobile) may not contain the required Security components and are therefore, unfortunately, currently unsupported. This policy also applies to non-Windows mobile platforms.- Solution or Suggested Action
We recommend using a current version of Microsoft Windows or Mac OSX platforms to view the Champions League and Europa League content, and ensuring that your system is up to date with microsoft update and the latest OSX updates. Linux platforms are also supported.
Note: These are the minimum system requirements for the uefa.com platform. If you experience problems viewing a UEFA Champions League or Europa League match via a broadcaster's online service, you should check directly with them for their system requirements.

Note: The system checker can only check for basic requirements. There may be other factors, including personal system settings, version of DRM components, video card drivers etc, that can affect your ability to use the product.
